Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
Support the execution of communication plans for key CES projects and strategic initiatives.
Contribute to internal communication efforts to engage CES employees, aligning them with company objectives and CES's mission.
Collaborate with team members globally on diverse communication projects and campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to support innovative and impactful communication strategies.
Seek mentorship and professional development opportunities within the team to foster continuous growth.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
Skilled in data analysis and communication strategy development.
Proactive learner with a commitment to staying updated on industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications:
An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Basic working knowledge of social media platforms.
Certifications in data analytics, communication, or related areas are an advantage.
Ability to craft compelling messaging across internal channels.
Experience building presentations and leveraging multi-channel communication tactics.
Professional presence with an eye for detail and a commitment to representing DXC’s values and ethics.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $43,800 - $81,300.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
