Commercial Title Officer (Remote)

What You'll Do:
- Responsible for performing complete title searches primarily for commercial transactions from patent in section land
- Familiar with all aspects of title work
- Properly prices commitments, endorsements, policies and guarantees using appropriate schedule of fees and charges
- Utilizes technical bulletins in order to evaluate and resolve problems
- Selects appropriate write-ups for commitments and policies both standard and extended coverage and writes error-free instructions to production typist for same
- Participates in business development activities to maintain existing clients and acquire new clients
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- 3-5 years title/related real estate experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with company operating systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, strongly desired
- Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to research independently as needed
- Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to manage and balance multiple projects

Pay Range: $27.40 - $45.66 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
