Job Description:

The Commercial Senior Business Management and Controls Specialist role enables the Bank to embed dedicated risk and control professionals into the First Line of defense for Commercial Bank. These individuals will help to facilitate meeting the First Line Unit responsibilities set forth in the Risk Management Framework, raise general risk awareness, and share controls best practices with Commercial Bank colleagues. General responsibilities will include; Support control testing activities, Establishing Program Health reporting & Dashboards, Self-identification and self-reporting of inadequate controls (i.e., issues), Issue remediation including sufficient evidence to support closure, Leading front line risk assessments, Documenting and reporting risk acceptances in applicable risk stripes. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within team. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.

The Product Owner II is responsible to ensure that a development team (pod) or multiple development teams (pods) are creating value for the organization through the delivery of customer-focused product increments. This entails aligning with other Product Owners and senior management to follow a product vision, creating and maintaining a prioritized product backlog, managing delivery blockers, continuously assessing customer feedback.
