Commercial Operations Analyst II

This position reports into the North America Commercial organization within the Conveyance Solutions division at Regal Rexnord. The Commercial Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency of the Commercial Operations team within the Division. This role involves working cross functionally with product management, sales, operations, and finance leaders to identify areas for improvements, implement data driven changes and reviewing results. Your passion for data governance, creative problem-solving and technical skills will be crucial as you drive continuous improvement, interpret data and provide data driven recommendations and insights to accelerate business strategy performance. This position will ideally be located in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities
- Review orders and sales data to build reports to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Analysis of demand and supply constraints using historical sales and orders trends, statistical forecast modeling, and CRM funnel review.
- Support of monthly SIOP process
- Build out primary forecasting process and tools to provide accurate short and mid-term forecast
- Focus on 80/20 segmentation to ensure proper prioritization to the forecast
- Provide support to pricing team on strategic analysis for special price agreements
- Develop KPI reports monthly to drive continuous improvement
- Create Power BI dashboards for real time results
Experience and Skill Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science or similar field
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, operations/business/data analytics or similar roles
Experience and Skill Preferred
- 1-3 years of technical sales experience
- Advanced degree and/or certifications in analytics
- Expertise in Power BI and certifications strongly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com and database software
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Demand Planning processes and tools preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process
- Familiar with Kaizen and Lean concept, knowledge of 80/20 Methodology

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors. The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD.
