We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Manager/ Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team covering our Complex Facilities Business Unit. This role will be remote with occasional Travel across the North East, North West, Yorkshire & Humberside.

The Quantity Surveyor role within our Complex Facilities Division will be commercially responsible for a variety of improvement projects valued from £100k to £3.0m
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor experienced in commercially managing a variety of regeneration, refurbishment and improvement works.
The standard hours of work are 37,5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
You will be responsible for:
- Implementing commercial processes to ensure contractual entitlement is realised
- Implement Group commercial processes for cost capture, valuation, procurement and reporting
- Management of Subcontractor accounts in line with agreed subcontract
- Prepare commercial reports including Cost Value Reconciliations and cash flows
- Establish agreed benchmarks and KPIs for the Contract
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong commercial and finance acumen
- Experience working in secure environments
Ideally you will be qualified with a relevant degree (RICS accredited or equivalent) with experience in Quantity Surveying at a senior level.
In addition to this, it would be desirable if you had experience in using SAP to help you hit the ground running, although this is not essential as we will provide you with the required development you need to bring you up to speed.
