Brown & Joseph is seeking Collections Client Services Representative as we continue to grow our team! Client Services Representatives works with our clients to help resolve inquiries. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Resolve client services inquiries
  • Be able to identify any problems and offer resolutions
  • Read and interpret client documents
  • Maintain and further develop existing client relationships.
  • Handle assigned group of client portfolios.
  • Understand and execute departmental procedures, alongside all customized client procedures.
  • Multitask between emails, client databases, SalesForce and excel spreadsheets.

Job Requirements: 

  • Ability to handle a large volume of accounts daily 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary is $39,000 - $45,000 per year (DOE)
  • Minimal cost to employee for employee health care benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental insurance coverage
