Leidos’ Collaboration Services team within Enterprise Applications currently has an opening for a technical intern position. This is an exciting opportunity to use technical skills gained in school to solve real world problems within the business and make programs at Leidos run more efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist teams in monitoring help mailboxes and answering end user questions.
  • Train end users on using the applications within the Collaboration Services Portfolio.
  • Respond to tickets submitted for Collaboration Services applications.
  • Help support the Leidos intranet site used by over 40,000 employees worldwide.
  • Create technical documentation/training material for Collaboration Services applications.
  • Provide efficiencies to programs at Leidos by using the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Assist in the migration of On-Premises SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online.
  • Assist mobile users in setting up and accessing M365 applications from mobile devices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with M365 Applications (Office, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)

Pay Range:

Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
