Professional Services Collaboration Coordinator

The Professional Services+ (PS+) Collaboration Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our PS+ Collaboration experience through: answering and directing client inquiries through our internal PS+ Connection Center.  Supporting our PS+ clients on the PS+ Connection Center includes gaining an understanding of the request, assisting with the completion of the request through research and outreach, connecting clients to subject matter experts within RSM, communicating timely with clients on the resolution of questions and issues, documenting key activities with clients in CRM, and coordinating and assisting on assigned projects. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Respond and direct inbound phone and email requests from PS+ clients for support in order to ensure requested client needs are met. 
    • Initiate, develop, and maintain communication with internal and external clients as needed to support requests from PS+ clients
    • Communicate status internally and externally to ensure all are informed of status and progress
    • Research as needed to understand PS+ client requests to ensure the alignment with assistance
    • Through assisting clients with requests, build internal and external relationships to support the commitment to our client experience
    • Support PS+ Connection Center process and organization by assisting with the development of procedures to better serve the requests from PS+ clients
    • Support the accurate and timely reporting of data related to PS+ client and collaboration activities.

  • Coordinate, track and provide communication on resource deployment projects.
    • Including working with RSM resource scheduling team and PS+ clients to coordinate information needed to source resources for various projects, including inventory observations, audit staffing and other projects. 
    • Track progress and identify and escalate project obstacles to PS+ Connection Center leader and collaboration leader.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences, required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, required, Advanced Microsoft Office skills, preferred
  • Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics, and tables, preferred
  • Ability to work with new technology, required

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO JOB

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple requests at once. Relationship- building across levels and functions.           

EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience required
  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience preferred

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of technology tools required within assigned responsibilities
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail

Compensation Range: $55,400 - $91,900 Apply
