ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Cloud Platform Engineer specializing in AWS, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-native solutions using AWS services. Your expertise in serverless architectures, particularly with AWS Lambda and DynamoDB, will be crucial in developing scalable back-end systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and reliability. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain serverless applications using AWS services, including Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Implement and manage database solutions using Aurora Serverless and pgVector for efficient data processing and storage.
• Collaborate with development teams to support the deployment and integration of applications within the AWS environment.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform, for automated deployment and management of cloud resources.
• Architect and optimize networking solutions within AWS to ensure high performance and security.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging AWS technologies and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on AWS.
• Proficiency in AWS serverless technologies, particularly Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Experience with Aurora Serverless and pgVector for database solutions.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform.
• Strong understanding of AWS solution architecture and networking concepts.
