Within the Clinical Strategy team, our goal is to leverage Humana’s industry leading plan operations and programs to ensure that our members receive high-value and appropriate care. We will also work to identify innovative ways to improve clinical quality and reduce wasteful medical cost in the healthcare ecosystem. We achieve these results by creating data-driven strategies and focusing on the experiences we create for our members, provider partners & associates. We partner closely with our operations teams, working hand-in-hand to translate these strategies into concrete roadmaps that will generate tangible value to all stakeholders.
