What You Will Do
The Clinical Specialist provides clinical product support to all end users and provide on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures for Stryker Spine's Enabling Technologies Products. Provide training, ongoing in-services, and customer education to assigned account(s). Work within accounts to maximize the use of the Enabling Technologies product line, by ensuring customer confidence in our technology through consistent procedural performance. Develop, implement and enhance all resources necessary to properly service our customers and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide surgeons and operating room staff with Clinical/Technical support in the operation of the company's NeuroTech products and technologies, associated equipment and instruments to ensure procedural efficiency.
- Build impactful relationships with hospital staff, Stryker and competitive surgeons.
- Collaborate with cross-divisional sales partners to assist with inventory management such as but not limited to restocking product, manage par levels of current products being used, inventory any backstock and coordinate purchases between buyers and sales representatives.
- Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative sessions for use in conjunction with the company's video content management system, assists surgeon in preoperative setup and intra-operative guidance.
- Create an open line of communication with the video content management platform regarding case support, troubleshooting, meetings, and demos.
- Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious manner.
- Partner with other cross functional teams in promoting the clinical benefits of the company’s products, drive continuous account growth and case volume.
- Identifies and executes opportunities to participate in cross-divisional in-services for product education.
- Support the conversion of competitive doctors to use Stryker products
- Perform field service events and adhere to timely documentation submission for specific events.
- Positively embrace Stryker culture
- Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs
What You Will Need
- Bachelors degree preferred or 6 years equivalent clinical experience
- Sales and/or marketing experience preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Physical Requirements-Medium work: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs

- $68,640 - $85,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
