The Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant (Fetal Monitoring) acts in a consulting role and communicates with customers who have purchased Philips Avalon Fetal Monitor equipment to review their specific workflow and develop an education plan to best meet their needs. Rich experience in Labor and Delivery and an obstetric knowledge base would provide the foundation for communicating with external and internal customers and understanding the nuances of Avalon Fetal Monitors and user interfacing.
Your role
Serve as a clinical liaison to fetal monitoring customers, both internal and external.
Manage the configuration of various components and software revisions of complex monitoring solutions to accommodate application and/or operational workflow in the customer environment.
Focus on the clinical configuration and education needs of fetal monitoring customers installing new Philips technology.
Assess customer's configuration requirements and education needs; plan and deliver equipment and application education; apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal partners and customers; enable the success of the installation team.
You're the right fit if:
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent; current nursing license. In-depth knowledge of the labor and delivery environment. (3+ years).
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment. 3+ years in Neo-Natal, labor and delivery. Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience is highly preferred
You have nursing informatics, healthcare administration, and/or change management experience, as well as the ability to work in ever-changing environments and a tolerance for ambiguity.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
Willingness to travel overnight 75% of the time.
This is a remote/home-based position with national travel.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
