Purpose of Position
The mission of the College of Nursing & Professional Disciplines (CNPD) is to provide excellent and collaborative education, scholarship and service to advance human well-being for all, with an emphasis on rural and underserved populations.
The CNPD offers innovative online educational programs, a simulation laboratory and a supportive student environment for both face-to-face and distance learning. The CNPD highly values diversity in our faculty, students and staff at all levels of instructional support. The college consists of the departments of Nursing, Nutrition & Dietetics, and Social Work. For this position, we are looking for a Clinical Instructor/Clinical Assistant Professor to teach in our Undergraduate Nursing program.

Duties & Responsibilities
- 90% - Teaching will vary but may include: *NURS 313 Clinical Practicum I *NURS 333 Clinical Practicum II
- 10% - Service to department, college and/or university *5% clinical mentorship program for new clinical track faculty *5% for service TBD

Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing OR master's degree in another field with completion of Nursing Education Certificate OR bachelor's degree in nursing and currently enrolled and making progress on a master's degree in nursing
- Unencumbered ND nursing license or eligible for licensure in ND
- Two years of nursing practice
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Doctoral degree in Nursing or enrolled in doctoral study
- Teaching experience in an academic setting
