The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Clinical Calling Specialist II, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Read and reply to e-mail in a timely manner as needed.
- Listen and respond to voicemail in timely manner as needed
- To investigate and analyze patient charts by reading documents, and the patients’ physicians and/or nurses’ progress notes, and negotiating computer-based research.
- Review wound tracking for complete documentation needed for reconsideration of denial and/or partial denial of payment. (i.e. Number and type of wounds)
- Ask medically appropriate questions to clinical field personnel
- Correspond via email and phone with Solventum customers in a professional and concise manner.
- Consistently meet and maintain production level as dictated by management
- Answer all incoming inquiries regarding denial cases as appropriate.
- Understand their role and impact they have in the departmental team; including exhibiting positive attitudes, willingness to help wherever asked, staying focused and on task to the matter at hand, and being part of the success of your team
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
AND
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the healthcare field

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $49,206 - $60,141, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
