ABOUT THE JOB
The Clinical Analyst is responsible for working to support, configure and manage the enterprise clinical applications that support this ecosystem which includes athenahealth, our portal, MDScripts and others as needed. The Clinical Analyst will evaluate the needs of our clinical staff and work together with Enterprise Medical and Central Operations to resolve and build new workflows as needed. The Clinical Analyst will also collaborate with the broader team to understand business requirements, receive assigned work, and proceed with configuration within the applicable tool. This role will help support the Clinical Applications team members with training, oversight and team building.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review requirements for projects or enhancements, and work with team members to develop proper solutions in Marathon Health’s Clinical and Business systems.
- Review, build and configure the athenahealth application to accommodate new users, new health centers, and enhance workflows and documentation.
- Work with Sr. Clinical Analysts and IT Leadership to handle delegated work as needed
- Work with team members to evaluate strengths and improve weaknesses
- Identify team goals and evaluate team progress
- Oversee projects and daily KTLO
- Maintain project plans or enhancements according to a deadline
- Assist with Management of athenahealth EHR clinical system as part of Marathon’s Ignite Ecosystem.
- Execute the configuration and setup of the solutions as designed within the various Saas applications
- Work support tickets to serve our end users and ensure confidence in our system(s).
- Work with third-party consultants on larger projects in a cross-functional manner
- Participate in user provisioning and grant credentials as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2+ years of experience as an administrator or analyst within Athena Health EHR or other electronic Health Record Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
- Experience aligning business applications with complex business process requirements
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and processes within a Primary Care setting
- Experience working with various SaaS solutions
- Experience with collaborative architecture using multiple cloud platforms in an integrated manner
Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000/yr
The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
