About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Clinical AI Data Scientist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in medical research and clinical data analysis who’s eager to apply their skills to innovative projects shaping the future of healthcare.

You’ll work alongside medical researchers, engineers, and AI experts to develop models, optimize workflows, and derive insights from complex clinical trial datasets—ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes and smarter health decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to support research, modeling, and investment decision-making
  • Design intelligent, agentic workflows to streamline data processing and improve efficiency
  • Develop and train predictive models using Python or R to uncover meaningful clinical insights
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality, applying rigorous standards and validation protocols
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, data scientists, and technical teams
  • Translate complex clinical outcomes into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare data regulations (GCP, HIPAA, FDA, EMA)

Experience

Required:

  • Ph.D. in a medical field or Master’s in Medicine
  • Proven experience in clinical research and clinical trial data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, and data visualization/statistical tools
  • Solid understanding of clinical data structures, trial design, and health outcomes
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience designing automated/agentic workflows
  • Familiarity with machine learning in healthcare applications
  • Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance
  • Background in cross-functional team collaboration on technical-medical projects

Compensation
