Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, policy, environmental science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of impactful professional work experience in climate resiliency.

• 2+ years of experience of consulting or direct professional experience with energy/electric utilities in distribution and/or transmission planning or engineering addressing risks.

• Additional experience may include climate change, critical infrastructure, risk management, asset management, strategic and long-range planning, project finance, or regulatory issues.
