What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years sales experience with direct interaction with business customers
  • Financial Services experience with the ability to articulate TransUnion’s value proposition
  • Effectively and efficiently address account issues
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to navigate the TU internal matrix and identify the appropriate resources to achieve sales goals and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Previous experience working with fintech and other lenders with unique business models a plus
  • Previous experience with data and insights preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related experience
  • This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Collaborate with Client Executive in overall management of accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Industry Executive, Client Executive and Solution Consultants to gain comprehensive understanding of client requirements related to solution implementations, insuring a positive client experience
  • Utilize SalesForce to manage opportunity implementation and day-to-day activities, tasks and meetings
  • Communicate with client users of TransUnion solutions on a regular cadence to identify gaps in product usage and resolve issues
  • Responsible for expansion, upsell and cross-sell of TransUnion solutions through regular communication with users of TransUnion solutions
  • Responsible for gathering Voice of User feedback (competitive insight, use cases) and inform Client Executive, as needed
  • Work closely with Sales Support team to accurately bill solutions, create and update enablement codes,and to access custom reports

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $83,900.00 - $143,000.00. This position involves compensation based on commission. TransUnion pay mixes for commission are generally 80-20, 70-30, or 60-40. Please reach out to your recruiter to determine the applicable pay mix for this position. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
