Job Summary

E15 is seeking a Client Success Manager to act as the bridge between our data products and the business stakeholders and their clients, ensuring that users realize maximum value from the dashboards and reporting tools the Data Consulting team builds. This role will focus on user adoption, onboarding, training, providing ongoing support, and helping to ensure long-term success with our analytics products.


You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand user needs and recurring requests, working with the technical team to communicate those needs and shape our product roadmap. This role is critical in driving user engagement, improving the user experience, and maximizing the impact of the data solutions we deliver.


What you'll do:

  • Own and Nurture Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey.
  • Lead Onboarding and Configuration: Oversee the onboarding and configuration process for new users, ensuring they are fully integrated into the platform and set up for long-term success.
  • Collaborate with a Team of Experts: Work closely with a skilled team of data and business intelligence professionals, exchanging insights to enhance the client experience and drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive Project Accountability and Detail: Take ownership of tracking progress on client onboarding, support needs, and training schedules. With an exacting eye for detail, establish timelines, set expectations, and actively manage follow-through to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Champion Proactive Communication: Regularly update both internal teams and users on project milestones, new features, and system improvements to build trust and preemptively address potential issues.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, client success, or a similar field, with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes for clients or stakeholders.
  • Project management experience with proficiency in PM tools like Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • A highly detail-oriented and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, communicate effectively, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
