Client Success Manager, Marketing
Remote, UK - must be based in the UK and have relevant Right to Work
Basic salary - £34,000 per annum (On-target incentive: £19,000 per annum (with the potential to earn up to £38,000 per annum of your OTI, depending on performance).

Job Summary
The Client Success Manager (CSM) plays a key role in driving UK new growth, ensuring repeatable business, and identifying new growth opportunities through prospecting in B2B Tier 1 and Enterprise markets. This role is pivotal in delivering the UK long-term revenue plan and building trusted client partnerships by identifying pain points with Pitney Bowes Document Management and Tracking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
High-quality Opportunity Generation: New Growth and Client Success
Focus on generating new high-quality opportunities and revenue for Pitney Bowes Document Management and Tracking Solutions.
Drive short-term wins for immediate revenue while building long-term client value.
Qualify inbound handraisers and proactively identify new business opportunities.
Drive B2B marketing-led outreach to identify new opportunities and conduct account reviews for Tier 1 and Enterprise clients outside the renewal window.
Build trusted partnerships, moving beyond transactional relationships to understand client challenges and priorities.
Ensure high-quality data for opportunity generation by sourcing, cleansing, segmenting, and reconciling contact and industry information using B2B data platforms.
Opportunity Management
Create and manage new growth opportunities in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) CRM tool, ensuring clear documentation.
Maintain a structured feedback loop in SAP C4C CRM tool and with Sales Growth Managers (SGMs), capturing client insights and reasons for opportunity wins/losses.
Ensure clear and structured handovers between clients/prospects and SGMs by recording pain points, objectives, and competitive insights in SAP C4C CRM tool.
Review pipeline progress, ensuring updates are accurate and aligned with outreach efforts.
Collaboration and Reporting
Lead monthly meetings with SGMs, field sales, marketing, and sales operations to review pipeline opportunities and determine next actions to secure wins
Partner with SGMs and clients to understand why we win or lose opportunities.
Ensure SAP C4C CRM tool remains the single source of truth, aligning sales engagement platform data to track opportunity quality and prevent duplication with SGMs.
Report performance insights to Senior Marketing management and the UK Business Analyst.
Support Product Marketing and Digital teams by sharing real-time client insights to refine GTM strategies.
Secure client endorsements for case studies when needed.
Engagement and Attendance
Attend in-person meetings with clients, prospects, and team members as required.
Strengthen Pitney Bowes' reputation as a trusted advisor in document management and tracking solutions.

Experience
Previous experience of B2B pipeline generation - identifying opportunities, prospecting and account reviews to generate revenue.
Proficiency in sales engagement platforms (such as Outreach, Salesloft, Salesvue, Outplay, Mixmax or similar), B2B data platforms (such as Cognism, ZoomInfo, Dealfront, or similar) SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) CRM tool (or similar), LinkedIn® Sales Navigator, and Microsoft 365® applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong communicator and confident presenter.
Leverages technology to work more efficiently.
As the role is fully remote, experience working collaboratively in remote team environments using video conferencing tools.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with other team members and departments.
