About the Role
As a Client Success Manager in our AI education company, you will be the driving force behind our students' learning and implementation journey. You'll guide founders and entrepreneurs from their first steps in our AI programs to becoming confident AI-powered business leaders. Your mission is to ensure students not only complete our programs successfully but implement what they learn to achieve breakthrough results in their businesses.
Responsibilities & Success Metrics
1. Student Success & Early Wins
- Drive student success with AI implementation within the first 4 days of program enrollment
- Guide students through our learning platform and curriculum
- Help students overcome common learning barriers and build confidence with AI
- Create and facilitate study groups, implementation roundtables, and success discussions
- Ensure students are progressing through course materials effectively
2. Program Excellence & Innovation
- Provide strategic feedback about our AI curriculum effectiveness
- Monitor student engagement with course materials and completion rates
- Track and analyze learning outcomes to optimize program delivery
- Partner with our operations team to enhance the learning experience
- Identify opportunities for course improvements based on student feedback
3. Student Journey Optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout their learning journey
- Gather insights about student success and challenges
- Create and execute strategies to maximize course completion rates
- Document and share compelling student transformation stories
- Develop strategies to maintain student engagement throughout the program
4. AI Implementation Support
- Guide students in applying course concepts to their specific business needs
- Provide technical support for course platform and AI tools
- Support students in completing course assignments and projects
- Help students overcome technical barriers in their AI learning journey
- Facilitate peer-to-peer learning and community engagement
5. Performance Metrics
- Maintain high student satisfaction rates
- Track and improve course completion rates
- Monitor and enhance student engagement metrics
- Drive strong program retention through demonstrated student success
- Measure and improve student implementation rates

Requirements
Required
- 5+ years of experience in client success, education, or similar role
- Experience with online learning platforms (Thinkific, Kajabi, or similar)
- Demonstrated interest in and experience with AI technology and tools
- Proven track record of driving student/client satisfaction and retention
- Strong understanding of AI, ChatGPT, and automation technologies
- Excellence in remote work environments
- Outstanding communication and ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Experience with data analysis and learning metrics
Preferred
- Background in EdTech or online education
- Experience with community management platforms (Circle, Discord)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
- Knowledge of business process automation and AI implementation
- Experience teaching or training others in technical subjects
- Track record of working with founders and entrepreneurs
- Familiarity with course creation and learning management systems
- Experience with virtual event facilitation and webinar hosting
