About the Role

As a Client Success Manager in our AI education company, you will be the driving force behind our students' learning and implementation journey. You'll guide founders and entrepreneurs from their first steps in our AI programs to becoming confident AI-powered business leaders. Your mission is to ensure students not only complete our programs successfully but implement what they learn to achieve breakthrough results in their businesses.

Responsibilities & Success Metrics

1. Student Success & Early Wins

  • Drive student success with AI implementation within the first 4 days of program enrollment
  • Guide students through our learning platform and curriculum
  • Help students overcome common learning barriers and build confidence with AI
  • Create and facilitate study groups, implementation roundtables, and success discussions
  • Ensure students are progressing through course materials effectively

2. Program Excellence & Innovation

  • Provide strategic feedback about our AI curriculum effectiveness
  • Monitor student engagement with course materials and completion rates
  • Track and analyze learning outcomes to optimize program delivery
  • Partner with our operations team to enhance the learning experience
