Our client success team focuses on the happiness of our clients. Each Client Success Coordinator is the main point of contact for a batch of specific accounts and works closely with TechnologyAdvice sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure the greatest experience from on-boarding to delivered product. It’s their job to take what’s been sold to the client, gather all the materials we need to get started, build out the program in our internal systems, and manage ongoing client communication. As such, the Client Success Coordinator is an expert on our processes and capabilities and we rely on them to translate this knowledge to clients.

What you'll do

  • Work alongside Client Success Team Members and Sales counterparts to understand what has been sold to a client and how we should manage expectations throughout the program
  • Join all internal calls and post-sale client calls
  • Prepare Kick-Off Call decks and join kick-off calls
  • Gather and prepare materials for campaign launches
  • Build client landing pages
  • Prepare weekly advertising reports
  • Prepare campaign wrap-up reports and assist with QBRs
  • Monitors pacing and escalates potential concerns to Client Success and Sales counterparts 
  • Quickly respond to all client emails/requests (we pride ourselves on a quick response time and being easy to work with)
  • Work with Client Success Team Members and Sales to respond to client feedback and provide recommendations and optimizations for their campaigns 
  • Help establish processes to increase efficiency and offer creative solutions to solve problems
  • Help with onboarding new team members

 

Who you are

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a client facing role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, or other CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills through various digital communication including slack, email and over the phone
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask while upholding a high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting data to clients and stakeholders
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Creative, problem solving ability
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.   

Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.Annual pay range$50,000—$55,000 USD
