Position Overview

Our client success team focuses on the happiness of our clients. The Client Success Operations Coordinator will work closely with other members of our Client Success team, owning the behind-the-scenes, administrative tasks. In this role, you'll be expected to build landing pages, set up campaigns in Salesforce, prepare client-facing reports and assist on proposals. This role requires someone that is detail-oriented, organized, and can prioritize important tasks.

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 4pm to 1am PHT

 

What you'll do

  • Setting up programs in Salesforce - ensuring all details are entered correctly in our CRM
  • Creating and editing landing pages in Unbounce
  • Creating client-facing reports in Infogram
  • Assisting with proposals
  • List analysis for proposals
  • Custom ad hoc reports 
  • Quickly respond to Client Success counterparts to ensure all tasks are being completed

 

Who you are

  • Organized and detail-oriented 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, or other CRM tools
  • Google Sheets or MS Excel champion
  • Excellent communication skills through Email, phone and in person
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask while upholding a high level of accuracy
  • Thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
  • Creative, problem solving ability 
  •  Able to work in the US hours
  • Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Monthly Pay Range₱39,000—₱50,000 PHP
