Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Services Representative to manage onboarding and maintain client accounts while working collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional support. The successful candidate will create and maintain support plans, ensuring that assistive technology and support plans meet clients' needs. Confidentiality, punctuality, and reliability are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client onboarding and account maintenance
- Create and maintain support plans to meet clients' needs
- Communicate effectively with clients and their support circles
- Solve account issues efficiently and promptly
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Utilize multiple computer applications and database systems
- Provide exceptional phone support and respond to inquiries
Requirements:
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles, with a strong emphasis on data collection and management
- Familiarity with database systems and ability to computerize manual processes effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in using pivot tables for data analysis
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay:
- $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
- Expected hours: no less than 40 per week
- Location: Remote
