This role is part of a Future Forward initiative to introduce the new Client Support Operating Model (CSOM). You will be part of a team that is changing the way that FIS provides client support in production. The focus is on optimizing the way FIS works together and ensuring that our tooling is consistent and supports what we need.
- Work with various organizations within FIS to educate them on the new CSOM and work with them on how they will adopt the new model
- Help develop a Governance board to review and align changes across the organization and approve exceptions to the model
- Ensure that the teams can rollout the changes without losing data or reporting capabilities
- Provide thought leadership to driving out change and building acceptance in the company
What you bring:
- Change agent mentality to transform the way we do Production Support
- Ability to work across different parts of the organization
- Leadership skills to influence sceptics and educate leaders
- Enthusiasm to fix pain points and improve our client experience
Added bonus if you have:
- Production Support experience within FIS
- Knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities
- Experience with ITIL concepts
