What’s in Store
We're on the lookout for an experienced Client Services Coordinator who will report to the Regional Director/Client Relations Manager. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the company, our clients, and our Field Representatives. This position is about creating a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as main point of contact for designated clients
- Provides timely and accurate information to client inquiries to include statuses, corrections, and general day-to-day questions
- Communicates with clients and Field Representatives through the utilization of phone and email
- Updates and maintains job statuses, due dates, contact information, and non-productive jobs and other administrative duties as required
- Monitors assigned accounts for specified branched and/or specific clients
- Works with the Regional Director regarding complaints of Davies Risk Services Field Representatives
- Assists with complaints, errors, account questions and other queries
- Improves and expands upon relationships between Davies Risk Services and all clients

- Perform other duties as assigned
This role is a full-time, remote position.
Your Expertise, Skills, and Abilities
- 1 – 2 years in customer service or related interpersonal communications
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Proactive, independent, and takes initiative with consistent follow through
- Superb communication skills, verbal and written, conducted in a timely manner
- Superior time management skills with capability of working with and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional capability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent organization and documentation skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent team player with interpersonal skills
- High level attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Capable of working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
- Exhibit discretion with sensitive and confidential information
- Display a comfort level working with key people at all levels within an organization
