Overview

As an Client Services Account Administrator you will be responsible for the day to day administrative support of multiple Corporate Debt clients. You will work directly with an Account Manager to support all aspects of the clients transaction. You will ensure compliance with the governing documents and providing direct support to the client as necessary.

What You’ll Do

  • Review incoming compliance items for conformity with governing documents
  • Invest, liquidate and disburse funds in a timely and accurate manner at the direction of the Account Manager
  • Set up new business on all internal systems and process corporate actions and other adjustments as necessary
  • Undertaking AI and Machine Learning research and development projects
  • Perform daily reconcilement and reporting for WIP Accounts
  • Perform daily confirmation of account balances and daily activity across all teams

Skills You’ll Need .

  • BS/BA or higher preferred
  • Corporate Trust or similar experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment.

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $70,000 to $100,000.  Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.  Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
