Broadridge is hiring! Join our team as a Client Service Representative and lead exciting projects from inception to installation, ensuring seamless delivery of cutting-edge solutions. Engage in dynamic collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets to exceed client expectations. Utilize your organizational prowess and leadership skills to coordinate and drive success in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation. Installations may involve acceptance of capitalized equipment or enterprise software systems, or system integration or consulting projects/engagements.
Typically involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams
Oversees schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.
Performs clerical or administrative, work
Uses administrative, data organizing and coordination skills to complete work
Performs duties according to established procedures
May work as a lead, coordinating the work of others
Qualifications:
Experience working as a Client Service representative a plus
Experience with processes or activities
Functional Knowledge:
Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
Uses knowledge of how related teams impact achievement of objectives
Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve problems that arise with little or no precedent
Evaluates and communicates technical content in a clear manner
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $30.00/hr - $33.00/hr . Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
