What is a Client Service Coordinator?
Client Service Coordinators (CSC) are responsible for scheduling the direct treatment services of clients and Behavior Specialists. They serve as the primary liaison between clients and staff and are highly visible individuals within the organization. They are responsible for the complete management of the region assigned in terms of staffing the authorized hours for clients they’re assigned.
What your role is:
- Connect clients with their Behavior Specialists to schedule them quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure every client gets the care they need with all their authorized hours.
- Kick off treatment by prioritizing staff's schedules in the first two weeks.
- Smoothly handle last-minute changes by assigning substitute sessions when needed.
- Optimize specialists’ schedules to maximize their time and impact.
- Keep the recruiting team informed about staffing needs to stay ahead of the game.
- Stay organized by updating and fine-tuning schedules in Central Reach.
- Keep calendars current with the latest authorizations and updates.
- Regularly review availability to ensure staff and client schedules align.
- Collaborate seamlessly with HR, Billing, Onboarding, Training, and Recruiting teams.
- Partner closely with the Regional Director to ensure all staffing needs are covered.
Requirements
What’s required from you?
- Excellent organization skills
- Compassionate, supportive, and fun personality
- Undergraduate degree is preferred
- Experience in scheduling is preferred
- Knowledge of autism services is preferred
- Knowledge of Excel is highly preferred
- Able to travel to multiple worksites; reliable transportation needed (proof of valid driver’s license, current auto insurance identification card, and acceptable driving record per NIAC standards is required). Public transportation is an option
