The wage for this position is between $57,000 - $62,000 annually.

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist for our Bookkeeping and Tax Services department. This remote position allows moderate autonomy and focuses on managing communications, workflows, and processing tasks for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead communications with clients, addressing complex accounting, product, pricing, and procedural inquiries.
- Manage client escalations through exceptional customer service and problem-solving techniques, combined with technical product knowledge.
- Guide clients through service changes, ensuring clear communication of resolutions.
- Prepare and clarify billing charges for additional services.
- Process client termination requests efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Gain an understanding of client business models to enhance support services.
- Provide advice on best practices for client communication.
Additional Functions
- Support onboarding, tax, and maintenance teams as needed via phone or email.
- Spearhead and contribute to departmental and team projects.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent experience required.
- Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO); certification is highly desired.
- 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment.
- 3 years of client servicing experience managing complex tasks for small business owners.
- Strong understanding of small business accounting and tax services.
