Client Program Manager (remote)

The Client Program Manager role is global or regional with focus on operational strategy, performance management, optimization, supply chain visibility and value creation across products. We work closely with the sales organization, as an account leadership team for specific customers to build joint plans and grow the customers' partnership. Service executions are handled by the capable hands of our CX and delivery organizations, with whom the CPMs are in close collaboration to ensure the service commitments are delivered across the globe in a consistent manner.   • Act as customer advocate as trusted partner within the Maersk organization
  • In this role the program manager is bridging the gap between technical supply chain visibility requirements of the customer and Maersk organization.
  • Ensuring accurate data flow and integration between systems
  • Must be able to speak consultatively with all members of the client and internal team(s), including client services, project management, IT, financial, product team members and senior management when necessary
  • Provide program management from medium to large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs
  • Leads complex cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal process
  • Identify and hold operational leadership accountable to the client’s program deliverables
  • Maintain & improve customer satisfaction levels with NPS & Voice of the Customer
  • Maintain & improve internal satisfaction levels with Voice of Key Stakeholders
  • Ensure performance KPIs are aligned with customer expectations and maintained in one data setglobally that reflects the customer performance
  • Establish, own, & improve appropriate KPIs to measure operational performance in one data set globally that reflects the operational performance
  • Facilitates meetings to review performance, strategy, projects, and future growth alignment
  • Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and lead project team(s) through implementation and completion
  • Manages internal and external relationships in support of program(s)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Science degree preferably in Business/Supply Chain,
  • 3+ years relevant experience with a proven track record in operational management in Supply Chain Management
  • Strong excel skills and data analysis capability
  • Understanding and passion for driving Operational Excellence and Value Creation in the business
  • Excellent ability to build relationship with customer and internal stakeholder
  • Excellent communication and influence skills
  • Ability to build strong effective networks
  • Experience running multiple projects in parallel.
  • EDI knowledge, nice to have expertise in 214, 315, 990, 204 messages and API testing exposure
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and drive outcomes with influence decision makers
  • Proven and sustained track record of delivery, with focus on driving results through others
  • Experience of working with wide variety of complex operational and commercial challenges
  • Exposure and understanding of Business Improvement / Lean tools § Ability to interface with regional and globally management teams § Being a team member supporting the global/regional/country teams proactively
  • Knowledge of risk management with the ability to identify activities
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) preferred
  • § Basic understanding of various message types (XML, CSV, JSON) § Exposure to TMS (SAP TMS, Blue Yonder TMS, Oracle TMS, etc.) and SAP (ECC and/or SAP S/4) is preferred

Pay Range:           
 $80,000 to $110,000
  
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
