Job Summary:Ā 

In this role, you will work with our customers to troubleshoot insurance issues, act as their advocate with insurance carriers, solve employer challenges with issues like enrollment and billing, and handle employee questions about coverage and eligibility. You will ensure that small business owners can buy and administer plans that are right for their employees and their families. Your main goal is to delight our customers and help eliminate the fear from purchasing and using health insurance. In this role, you'll use multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.Ā 

What youā€™ll do:

  • Support the onboarding process of new groups from application through to successful enrollmentĀ 
  • Utilize phone, text, and email to provide proactive onboarding support and reconcile issues for customersĀ 
  • Partner with internal team members in revenue operations and support to ensure a smooth, high satisfaction experience for customersĀ 

What youā€™ll bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales role
  • Positive and optimistic personality and strong customer empathy and focusĀ 
  • Highly productive with good multitasking skills
  • Able to work in a high-volume work across channels and tasksĀ 
  • Familiarity working with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools
  • Fantastic oral and written communication skills
  • Strong desire to help businesses maximize their healthcare
