This is a new and exciting role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute client-facing marketing initiatives to increase engagement, loyalty and retention. As the Client Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients succeed by providing the tools, resources and guidance they need for successful onboarding, adoption and advocacy of our platform. This position is curious about understanding the customer journey at each stage of the funnel, thinks both strategically and executes at an operational level with ease and has worked with customer segmentation.  

This role sits in Product Marketing and is highly cross functional, working closely with Product, Data, Client Success and Marketing teams.

Job Description

Activation

  • Develop Consumer Marketing Campaigns: Create and deliver pre-packaged consumer marketing campaigns and materials that help our clients launch and promote the PayNearMe platform, features and/or payment types (consumer-facing). Example: Campaigns on how to promote cash payment options to customers.
  • Create Training Resources: Design training assets, such as videos, guides and other materials, to educate our clients’ employees on using our platform before, during and after launch (client-facing). Example: Tutorials on navigating the business portal or engaging agents effectively.
  • Provide Tailored Consultations for Key ClientsPartner with named accounts to support their customer marketing initiatives, offering tailored guidance and strategic recommendations.
  • Build Welcome Packages: Develop and manage comprehensive "Welcome Packages" to ensure new clients have everything they need to launch with confidence.

Adoption & Expansion

  • Segmentation: Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.  Develop client segmentation and stages, product usage and behaviors to develop scalable marketing programs.
  • Improve Feature Adoption:  Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to identify and promote underutilized features.  
  • Increase Platform Utilization: Work with Marketing and Client Success Managers (CSMs) to design and execute campaigns that boost awareness, adoption and usage of underutilized tools & features.
  • Up/Cross-Sell Campaigns: Partner with Marketing and CSMs to create up/cross-sell campaigns for new monetization efforts. Partner with Marketing to deploy campaigns and measure effectiveness and impact to business results.

Advocacy

  • Showcase Client Success: Engage with internal teams and clients to gather insights and best practices, turning successes into testimonials, case studies and proof points.
  • Support Advocacy Programs: Contribute to initiatives such as the Client Advisory Council, client meetings and other advocacy efforts to elevate client voices.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the financial technology industry.
  • A highly organized, self-starter mindset with a knack for innovating technical solutions for clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with video editing software.

Salary Range: $125,000 - 140,000
