Overview
The Global Client Programs group focuses on innovation with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding and informative events for our client base. With team members across many of our US offices, Dublin and London, we are seeking new applicants with a passion for interacting with and educating our clients through digital and in-person events.
The Opportunity:
As a Client Event Coordinator, you will help plan and execute many events, from larger client seminars to more intimate social gatherings. You will be a primary contact throughout the lifespan of an event, ensuring that our vision is turned into reality! Coordinators will have the opportunity to develop their communication, flex their creativity muscles, and create new ways to better support our clients' needs. You will be paired with a mentor to guide you through the role and will report directly to the Client Programs Group Manager who will encourage career development throughout your tenure.
The Day-to-Day:
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, food and beverage options, and budget oversight
- Manage relationships with our network of vendors and suppliers, negotiating contract terms and ensuring quality service
- Oversee on-site event execution, resolving any issues and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees
- Identify potential process improvements and develop solutions
- Support post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Manage complexity and coordinate across several departments under strict timelines
- Connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Compensation:
- $55,000 - $70,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
