Schedule and Time Off:

• This Client Engagement Manager position is remote, but requires frequent travel and occasional weekend conventions.
• We ask the you are available during the day when your client need assistance and to engage with our Marketing team on Pacific time, but we don't have a preferred start/end time. 
• We offer 10 days of vacation your first year, and each year you gain an additional day. Each year, you'll be earning more vacation time at a faster rate.
• Every associate gets 13 paid and closed holidays each year.

What Will You Do?

The Client Engagement Specialist will be responsible for the education and management of client resources to support growth objectives of the client and AGIA. This will include collaborating with client resources, managing transitioning resources that are new to their roles, and participating in the clients’ local events such as conventions, conferences, and other activities for different state departments. 

They will:

· Collaborate with the Legionnaire Insurance Trust (LIT) and their state department representatives to drive increased engagement, grow social media traffic, and promote products to their members.
