As a Client Delivery Associate your role will be to support internal initiatives and manage client programs as it relates to R1’s A/R & Denials solution. This will include data verification, report creation, and trend documentation.
Responsibilities
- Keep updated understanding of the organization’s products, services, and client delivery policies.
- Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
- Create and distribute (email, portal, SFTP) weekly and monthly reports for multiple clients
- Verify report accuracy and audit for data integrity
- Escalating issues and communicating reports to the designated manager for approval
- Create standard and ad hoc client facing reports based on client needs
- Contribute to the enhancement of existing reporting methods
- Support in creating reports including Power BI, spreadsheets, and graphs for client presentations and reports
- Maintain monthly report schedule
- Assist teams with various tasks throughout client implementations and maintenance
- Maintain/update department standard client protocol documents
- Routine administrative tasks as directed by leadership
- Contribute towards achievement of team's goal and initiatives
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and respond to all clients concerns in a timely manner
- Promote a supportive and positive team culture that aligns with R1’s values
- Contribute to the advancement of the internal team initiatives by providing hands on support and ideas
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience and written business communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proven experience in working with MS Excel (intermediate level Excel or above)
- Proven experience in building reports, validating data and providing analysis
