Key Responsibilities:

• Remote Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to policyholders, assisting with policy updates, addressing inquiries, and supporting claims processing.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client relationships by following up periodically to review and adjust policies based on changing needs.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
