What this position entails

The Operations team sits at the hub of all IntelliScript divisions (e.g. IT, Data Analytics, Account Management, Sales, and Product). This team is ready to grow again due to the increasing volume of clients who utilize our services and the demands of remaining compliant with all internal policies and associated regulations.

The person we hire to fill the Client Auditor role on our Operations team will be responsible for conducting compliance and operational audits and provide reports addressing identified risks. The ideal candidate needs to be very detail-oriented and willing to work at a very fast pace while maintaining the quality and accuracy set forth in the job expectations.

What you will be doing

The key area of responsibility in the role of Client Auditor:

  • Onboarding Clients/Audits:
    • Review authorizations submitted by clients to ensure compliance with our requirements
    • Correspond with clients and lead meetings to discuss any compliance issues
    • Provide training to clients in scheduled conference calls about authorization policies and audit procedures
    • Prepare and send audit results letters
    • Respond to ad-hoc questions and requests on demand
    • Meet reporting and administrative deadlines

Responsibilities will expand to other tasks and projects as your experience and knowledge increases.

What We Need

  • 0 - 2 years of administrative experience
  • 0 - 2 years of customer service experience, preferably via phone
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

     Preferred (Not Required)

    • Continued education, degree, certification(s) and/or professional training
    • Experience using Salesforce to locate and record information
    • Knowledge of the insurance industry
    • Experience with performing internal and external audit activities
    • Experience working in a HIPAA/PHI/PCI compliant environment
    • Spanish speaking / translation ability

    Location

    The expected application deadline for this job is February 28, 2025. This position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed and travel nationwide for meetings, conferences, and team events.

    The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $89,000 depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, certifications, location, etc. In addition, we offer a significant performance-based bonus plan, profit sharing, and generous benefits.
