We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Urbandale, Iowa, or New York, New York. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Client Advisors are independent contributors responsible for the growth, profitability, and satisfaction of complex priority accounts by aligning client strategies with Marsh McLennan’s resources and capabilities. They develop and manage key client relationships, act as trusted advisors, and foster continuous process improvement to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
We will count on you to:
Manage moderately complex projects or segments of larger projects to achieve business outcomes, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction.
Establish and oversee a project governance structure, managing stakeholders and team members to ensure successful project delivery, task management, and deadline adherence.
Actively manage project plans, risks, and issues, sharing Lessons Learned with colleagues and implementing recommendations.
Collaborate with other organizational areas to secure specialized resources and contributions for project success.
Communicate effectively with project teams, third-party providers, and clients to facilitate project progress.
Provide technical support and input on project proposals of average to difficult complexity and research best practice standards for recommendations.
What you need to have:
5+ years of work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a client advisor role
Bachelor’s degree
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking
Exceptional organizational/project management skills

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $65,800 to $140,200.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
