We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a VP level Client Advisor for our Asia Client Services (ACS) group based out of our New York, NY office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Act as the lead advisory colleague on medium-sized or moderately complex accounts, providing tailored risk management and insurance placement services to multinational corporations.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of clients’ business strategic priorities and risk management needs to deliver effective advice and solutions.
- Present, develop, and execute renewal and placement strategies in collaboration with Advisory Leaders and Client Executives.
- Negotiate and evaluate quotes from carriers, presenting evaluations to clients to ensure informed decision-making.
- Maintain quality in all areas of client deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction through effective risk solutions and excellence in service.
What you need to have:
- 8-10+ years of experience as a Commercial Casualty advisor/broker.
- Strong communication and language skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with advanced skills preferred.
- An undergraduate degree or higher from an accredited university.
