Why does this role exist?
The Classic Project Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and optimizing Magic's operational projects, with a particular focus on the Magic 24-7 initiative. You'll be the driving force behind project execution, coordinating across departments to ensure deliverables are met and processes are streamlined. Your ability to manage multiple projects, track deliverables, and improve user experience directly impacts our operational efficiency and service quality.

The Impact you'll make

Project Management & Coordination

• Track and manage project deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Update and maintain Notion pages for accurate project status tracking
• Coordinate with various departments (Quality, Engineering, Product) to ensure alignment
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Follow up with stakeholders on deliverables and requests
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration
• Identify and engage users for product feedback
• Maintain clear documentation of project progress and decisions

Process Improvement & User Experience

• Develop initiatives to improve user experience
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed
• Analyze project data to identify optimization opportunities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Manage and analyze project data (30% spreadsheet work)
• Create and maintain project tracking systems
• Generate reports on project progress and outcomes
• Use data insights to drive decision-making

Required Exeperience

• Proven project management experience
• Strong data analysis skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively
• Proficiency with Notion and Google Suite (intermediate level)
• Experience with project tracking tools and systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Messager and Workspace (highly desired)
• WFH Set-Up:
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
