Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Class Action Attorney to join our dynamic litigation team at our Burbank office. This role requires a highly motivated legal professional with exceptional analytical and writing skills, as well as the ability to manage a robust caseload effectively. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assess potential class action claims, focusing on consumer rights and ensuring they meet the criteria for class certification
• Analyze client claims to determine their alignment with class action eligibility
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and prepare thoroughly for litigation
• Draft high-quality legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and other materials critical to class action litigation
• Work closely with the Class Action Department team and other staff members to achieve successful case outcomes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Prior experience in consumer class action litigation (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the California Labor Code and its application in class action contexts.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
