Claims Analyst

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Claim Analyst to join the Risk Management team, reporting to the Claims Manager. 

What you’ll do

• Review incoming claim submissions and adjust claims
• Answer questions from claimants, carriers and other parties
• Assist with legal aspects such as document creation, analysis, and compliance
• Provide ad hoc reporting on claims

What you bring

• Insurance claim adjustment or other insurance experience welcome but not required 
• Highly detail-oriented and organized. 
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relations Management (CRM) software
• Enjoy helping customers and other stakeholders and love building relationships
• Must be able to obtain an adjuster license

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $70,000 - $73,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
