WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: $67,000 - $92,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Review and Analyze Claims: Evaluate determinations initially focused on the LTD block. Future development of the role will consider additional products, e.g. STD, Life, Worksite, etc. to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Drive Quality and Training: Lead training, coaching, and auditing efforts, collaborating with teams to identify and address gaps through feedback and remedial actions.
- Champion Process Excellence: Promote best practices in claims management, address compliance issues, and communicate updates effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate Compliance and Collaboration: Serve as a resource for regulatory changes, ensuring alignment across teams, and partnering with internal and external customers.
- Foster Innovation: Identify inefficiencies and implement creative solutions to enhance processes and deliver exceptional service.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Claims Expertise: 10+ years of group disability expertise in claims management policies and procedures with proficiency in Fineos.
- Data-Driven Coaching: Skilled in coaching teams, analyzing performance, and using data to drive informed decisions that deliver results.
- Engaging Communication: Experienced in presenting data and messages clearly to diverse audiences, tailoring insights to be impactful and meaningful.
- Regulatory Expertise: Knowledgeable in legal requirements and state regulations, ensuring compliance and guiding teams through complex industry standards.
- Organized and Efficient: Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail, managing priorities effectively while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
