Your Key responsibilities will include:
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across all departments.
- Align operational activities with the company’s strategic goals and vision.
Process Development and Optimization
- Build, implement, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team.
- Continuously identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.
- Design and optimize lead generation pipelines to drive client acquisition.
- Streamline existing client lead generation processes for greater impact.
Systems and Tools Management
- Improve and maintain critical systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Evaluate, test, and implement new software solutions, then develop processes around them.
- Build automation workflows using tools like Airtable and Zapier to reduce manual work and enhance productivity.
- Collect, store, and organize investor data to ensure it is practically accessible and actionable for the team.
Client Success and Communication
- Refine and optimize client performance metrics to ensure client success.
- Oversee client communications to guarantee quality responses and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational leadership, ideally within an agency or lead generation environment.
- Strong background in building and managing SOPs, KPIs, and operational workflows.
- Mandatory proficiency with tools like Airtable, Zapier, and other project management software.
- Expertise in lead generation and designing efficient client acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a track record of building scalable systems.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize processes.
- Excellent communication skills to manage internal teams and external client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities.
