About the role:
Weâre looking for a Chief of Staff to be the driving force behind our operational cadence, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Reporting into the COO, you will work closely with the leadership team, playing a key role in scaling our business. Your responsibilities will span across various functions, giving you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the entire company.
What Youâll Do:
- Design and implement operational strategies and processes to keep the business running seamlessly. Develop new ideas and bring them to life.
- Act as the Directly Responsible Individual for special projects, ensuring successful execution across teams.
- Assist with investor relations, board meeting preparation, and other executive tasks. Provide operational and administrative support as needed.
- Manage operating cadences including leadership meetings and offsites, monthly business reviews, all-hands and other company programming.
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives to drive company outcomes. Optimize workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other operational needs across departments.
- Track key performance indicators, identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with CEOs, founders, board members, and other industry leaders.
