Position Overview

Invisible is seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic and operational anchor for our senior leadership team, including direct support to our CEO. The ideal candidate is a unique blend of a strategic thinker and operational expert, capable of managing multiple priorities and driving operational excellence. This pivotal role involves working closely with the CEO to ensure focus on the right priorities, functioning as a crucial right-hand partner in both strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations. You will independently lead significant strategic projects, spanning company goal setting, business development, organizational restructuring, client operations, executive recruitment, as well as sales and marketing initiatives. 

You’ll be handling multiple cross-functional tasks and are a jack of all trades. No task is above or beneath you - you’ll be involved in making strategic decisions and will also need to be scrappy when necessaryThis position offers a remarkable opportunity to impact our organization at the highest levels, shaping the direction and success of Invisible.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to drive strategic planning and implement high-impact initiatives that align with corporate goals.
    • Architect and institutionalize structured frameworks for goal alignment and operational synergy across departments.
  • Executive Support:
    • Act as a strategic advisor and confidant to the CEO, representing them in pivotal situations.
    • Lead preparations for all-hands meetings, board engagements, and other executive-level forums.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    • Enable seamless communication across executive leadership and departments, ensuring unified alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Maintain agility in adjusting plans to accommodate evolving strategic priorities.
  • Decision Support:
    • Conduct rigorous analysis to deliver data-driven recommendations for executive decision-making.
    • Anticipate challenges and opportunities, providing comprehensive strategies to address them.
  • Structural Leadership:
    • Build and lead high-performing executive support structures, fostering a collaborative and innovative organizational culture.
    • Architect the development of resilient operational frameworks to elevate organizational efficiency.
