As the Channel Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in the demand generation team, focusing on the development and execution of marketing activities aimed at our partner network in North America. Reporting to the Director, Global Channel Marketing, this is an individual contributor role where you will foster solid relationships with partners and create joint marketing initiatives that drive demand and partner acquisition, all to expand our market reach.

Your role in our future:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end high-volume execution of ‘through’ and ‘with’ partner campaigns, including webinars and events designed specifically for our channel partners in the SMB segment with particular focus on Quadient Financial Automation Suite, in line with objectives and business strategies.
  • Engage with partners to co-create powerful joint campaigns that leverage both parties’ strengths, aligning with and amplifying our combined market presence to develop awareness, leads and pipeline.
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies to drive new partner acquisition, highlighting the benefits of our partnership.
  • Work with the Global Campaigns and regional marketing teams to ensure partner activities are integrated with broader demand generation efforts.
  • Customize channel marketing strategies to suit the specific needs of channel partnerships while maintaining brand integrity and maximizing local impact.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders about campaign progress, results, and requirements.
  • Coordinate with sales and partner relations teams to deliver a cohesive experience for partners, from marketing communications to product delivery.
  • Manage channel marketing budgets effectively, investing in activities that promise high returns and bolster partner satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on channel marketing trends and innovate best practices to maintain a competitive edge for the company and its partners.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in campaign management and strategy within a partner network.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging channel partners in planning and executing campaigns.
  • Advanced project management skills, capable of leading multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder and external communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with driving campaigns together with resellers and ISVs including joint go-to-market strategies and partner enablement.
  • SMB marketing experience is essential.
  • Experience in financial automation and ERP software categories are essential.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • knowledge in: Eloqua, SFDC.com, marketing budgeting platforms, paid media platforms (Google Ad, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), Impartner (or other partner management platform) and Asana.

This position has a salary range of:

$98,200.00 - $147,300.00

Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
