Digital Manufacturing brings the digital and technology aspects of manufacturing and IT into a single, unified organization – a journey that started in October 2022. Our organization has now evolved from strategizing to focusing on expanding our transformation portfolio, supporting critical business imperatives. The Strategy Realization team within Digital Manufacturing Division is laser-focused on providing resources and support for Digital Manufacturing Division to create and execute the digital priorities through tight collaboration and coordination with the Digital Manufacturing Organization (DMO) and Enabling and Value Teams’ leadership. Our cross-functional approach drives the coordination and implementation of Digital Manufacturing Division’s operating model and alignment with the company’s priorities and champions enterprise-wide digital collaboration and innovation.
A core function of Digital Strategy Realization team is Change Management. The Change Management team guides partner and stakeholder engagement to drive cultural, behavioral, and process shifts and promote and communicate our ways of working. We deploy a change management framework and provide resources and support to plan and implement successful change. We are committed to planning and executing change within Digital Manufacturing Division, and beyond as a trusted partner driving the transformation of Manufacturing Division digital priorities from idea to reality.
The Associate Director of Change Management is responsible for leading and executing complex, large-scale change management initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Change Management, this role will be assigned to a high-priority, transformational initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to maximize stakeholder adoption and minimize resistance for assigned initiatives
During the discovery and value identification phase, onboard the team, conduct stakeholder mapping, create initial communication materials
During the value creation and solution implementation phase, conduct impact analysis and change plan development and provide change management materials, facilitate workshops, manage team dynamics, assess readiness, and recognize contributions
Ensure sponsor alignment and provide regular reporting to leadership teams.
Create and deliver effective communication materials, including walking decks, key messages, FAQs, status updates, newsletter content, sponsor messages, and ad hoc presentations; manage the initiative's SharePoint page and ensure effective information sharing
Assess training needs, create deployment and learning plans, and support training delivery
Support the value recognition and value realization phases by documenting lessons learned, measuring adoption, and communicating wins
Collaborate closely with the Director of Change Management and other stakeholders to ensure successful initiative execution
Champion the adoption of human-centered design principles and methodologies in change management initiatives
Serve as a coach and mentor, providing guidance and upskilling colleagues across the organization on change management best practices
Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, encouraging cross-functional teamwork and knowledge-sharing
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and partner in driving organizational transformation
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, psychology or related field
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, project management, or related fields
Proven track record of leading complex change initiatives and driving cultural transformation
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$126,500.00 - $199,100.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
